Finally, a breath of fresh air…
If you’re unemployed, like the outdoors and are interested in gaining environmental or transferable skills, then the Wild Sherwood Project may be for you…
This initiative from Ollerton and District Economic Forum (ODEF), gives unemployed people of working age the chance to gain work experience through volunteering in the unique natural environment of Sherwood Forest.
You don’t have to want a career in conservation—the project will help you learn some new skills, gain a record of your achievements and, if you’ve been out of work for a while, it will help give you the confidence to return to work. All you need is a positive attitude to trying something new, the ability to put up with our temperamental English weather and to be able to commit to joining us for four days per week for a month…
We look forward to meeting you.
